Preparing Product Drawings
Clearly illustrate your invention. Even if the concept is just an idea, our drafting staff will produce realistic drawings which illustrate the invention, show its clever features, and demonstrate how it works.
Legal Protection
We will coordinate obtaining initial legal protection for your concept through the filing of a patent or trademark application in the United States Patent and Trademark Office. By obtaining "patent pending" status, or by applying for a federally registered trademark, your concept can be safely marketed and presented to industry.
Prepare a Brochure
Using the drawings we’ve already prepared, as well as descriptive text we’ll provide, your brochure will describe and illustrate your product and its advantages. This piece will be an essential selling tool for your idea.
Companies are Contacted
Our professional staff will contact appropriate companies, provide them with your brochure, and invite them to contact us for additional information they require about your invention. Should any demonstrate even the slightest interest, we will follow up with them immediately on your behalf. Quarterly updates will be provided to our showing which companies have been contacted, and any resulting activity.
Media & Internet Publicity
Our experienced public relations department will aggressively contact newspapers, magazines, and other periodicals to gain exposure for your product. In addition, we will provide further exposure for you by producing a personalized web page and displaying it on the Internet. Exposure on the Internet drastically increase the chances that interested parties will seek out and learn of your idea and its merits.
Licensing Negotiations
If a company demonstrates an interest in your product and would like to enter into an agreement, our licensing professionals will negotiate the most favorable licensing deal for you. As always, we pay all attorney's fees and travel expenses associated with contract negotiation and finalization.

Advent Product Development is pioneering the use of custom video as a tool for showcasing new product ideas. Presented as an option for you, each video program is personally tailored to your product, and has two main stages: Production and Presentation.
